Hide the Word 3: Once for All
21
Scripture memory songs featuring vocals by Chris McCrea, Phil Kim and
Stacy Pomroy, as well as a new singers Greg King and Kristin Rhoads.
This album has more harmonies than any previous Hide the Word
album, which adds to the variety and creativity of the songs.
As in A Ransom for Many,
Stephen Altrogge has written two of the songs. The musical
contributions by others also add to the musical punch of the CD, such
as Chris McCrea on live drums and piano. Roger Hooper contributes
exciting synth, drum programming and piano, not to mention great
guitar work by Barry Little and Stephen Altrogge.
Once for All uses Scriptures from the ESV (English Standard
Version), a new, very accurate and readable translation of the Bible,
as well as a few Scriptures from the NIV. Future Hide the Word
projects (if the Lord wills) will use the ESV predominantly, if not
exclusively.

drawn you with loving-kindness." (NIV)

endures all things. (ESV)
- Ro 8:29-30 For those God foreknew

those he justified, he also glorified. (NIV)
- Ps 95:2-5 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let
us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! For the LORD

also. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the
dry land. (ESV)

and everything else." (NIV)
